    John was great. Used us by our first names. Had excellent customer service. Helped us with our passport so quickly and professionally.

    I normally do not have a problem with Australia Post offices, however a particular staff member at this post office was extremely condescending and rude to me. I was expecting a parcel for over 2 weeks, and after having no note placed in my letter box to instruct me to pick it up from their office where it was waiting I visited this office to ask if there might be a package waiting for me.

    9.00am and trying to contact Australia Post. Recorded message saying out of hours. Hours are 8.00am .

    One very rude and condescending staff member with poor customer service skills. A shame as an otherwise good office with helpful staff.

    The staff member rudely snapped at me "you should have picked this up sooner, we were about to throw it in the bin". When I tried to explain that I had been checking my letterbox each day waiting for this package, and that I had not received any note to pick it up, she told me "well that's just not possible, you obviously didn't check properly".
